Tripping the light fantastic.

Dragging a light across the frame during a long exposure is like taking chalk to a blackboard.

Light painting has been around almost as long as photography - the first known light painted photo was made in 1882 by Georges Demeny - so for a fresh approach we thought, why not combine it with another visual trick and use reflective surfaces to enhance the effect? Whether it be water, glass, mirrors or even simple Photoshop image-flipping, a little reflected symmetry can take amazing light-painted patterns to a whole new level.
